BlaBlaCar office transformation

We were tasked with several objectives:

• Ensure seamless Wi-Fi coverage throughout the office.
• Equip meeting rooms with audiovisual equipment.
• Install and configure video conferencing systems.
• Assemble a low-voltage rack and provide an uninterrupted power supply.
• Install and configure a firewall and manage switches.
• Use virtual networks to separate different categories of users and devices.
• Establish all necessary cable infrastructure.

In coordination with the client’s IT department at the company headquarters, we proposed an IT network solution based on Cisco networking equipment. Wi-Fi access points were strategically placed according to a pre-planned radio layout for complete office coverage. Video conferencing components were chosen for compatibility with equipment at the headquarters and other regional offices. We set up network equipment security protocols according to the customer’s headquarters requirements and prepared a complete package of as-built documentation and equipment usage instructions for the customer.

Thanks to clear coordination with the Fit Out company, we completed all work on schedule. From day one in the new office, the client’s employees were able to resume their regular work routines.
